the property was tidy, featured nice design, i really enjoyed it. all in all it was great value for money, considering prices in taupo. all the staff was superfriendly and pretty friendly, tackled my issues. the location was marvellous close to the beach.

Great value for money against other hotels in Taupo. Separate room, clean bathroom. Excellent facilities in general, marvellous and incredible location in the BBQ area. Very close to all the restaurants, shops and restaurants and the centre.

The location was central, excellent to main town area. The whole staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room was well-maintained and neat with a shower, dryers, and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

Its views were lovely.

I think it was great value for money. Everything was exceptional, personnel was very welcoming. I found the hotel's location marvellous and lovely, short walk to all attractions within walking distance, and bars and restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Plateau. The bar was pretty good.

Travelled with my kids, spent 1 night here and had a really good stay. The location was absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable, close to everything and the interior design was modern. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Mcdonald's to relax and grab some food.

Got a room with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The bed was super comfy, and there were coffee/tea facilities, a fridge, and an oven – really came in handy. 😊

We would stay here again as had a very good time and loved the hotel. The place is friendly and has perfect location close to everything. Staff is very amiable and fantastically friendly and you can park your car on street. It has both great service and great value for money.

Great place to stay for a trip to Taupo. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Superfriendly staff with smiles. Central location close to good pub. And short walk to access to main road to get to town, the township, and the bars and restaurants...

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location here is fantastic as it's right across the road from the lake, making it easy to enjoy water activities and beautiful views. It's also very close to shopping areas and the main town. The spacious rooms were well equipped, including laundry facilities, and the staff were very accommodating. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

We would recommend this hotel to our friends - it was a truly luxurious experience with everything we needed and more.

The hotel and room were tidy. Location just off the lake and access to the main road to get to town, both the lakefront, and the shopping area. Our new favorite place to stay in Taupo.
